Email support@telepro.app for help. Include the device model, operating system version, TelePRO app version, and a short description of what happened.

What to include

• The feature you were using, such as Speechscroll, Script Agent, recording, captions, eye contact, background tools, trim, resize, watermark, or export.
• Steps to reproduce the issue, including what you expected and what happened instead.
• Screenshots or screen recordings if they do not contain private content.
• For purchase issues, the store used to subscribe. Do not send full payment card details.

Common fixes

• Check that microphone, camera, speech recognition, file, and photo permissions are enabled for TelePRO in system settings.
• Restart the app after changing permissions or connecting a new microphone or camera.
• Make sure there is enough free device storage before recording or exporting long videos.
• For subscriptions, confirm you are signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used to purchase.
